How we work
How we work
One site, one lunch table
Development, sales and administration share a modern office with a roof terrace in Offenburg. We have lunch together, and the obligatory round of table football is part of it. Teams change with the projects; working from home is easy to arrange.
Develop the whole device
Circuit, layout, firmware, application and cloud connection are built by the same team, for manufacturers in industry and medical technology. Whoever develops here sees the device from the first sample into series production.
The team decides
Strategy, budget, the salary model and every hire are decided by all employees with a simple majority. Anyone can put a topic to a vote. In January 2025 we set this down in a charter.
Time that fits your life
Working-time account and flexible hours, leave taken in one block for longer trips, a sabbatical by arrangement, a company bike. Our feedback process gives you feedback four times a year.
Application
How you join us
Three steps, at the end of which you and the team decide.
Introductory meeting
One to two hours to find out whether it makes sense and would be fun: your background, your areas of interest, our projects. On site or remote.
Trial day
A small task from everyday work, a colleague as sparring partner, and time with the people you would later work with.
Terms
Start date, contract and salary. The salary follows our salary model, which the team adopted by democratic vote.
