How we work
One site, one lunch table
Development, sales and administration share a modern office with a roof terrace in Offenburg. We have lunch together, and the obligatory round of table football is a must. Teams change with the projects, and working from home is easy to arrange.
Develop the whole device
Circuit, layout, firmware, application and cloud connectivity are developed in the same team, for manufacturers in industry and medical technology. If you develop here, you see your device from the first prototype through to series production.
The team decides
Strategy, budget, the salary model and every hire are decided by all employees by simple majority. Anyone can put a topic to a vote. In January 2025, we set this down in a charter.
Time that fits your life
A working-time account and flexible hours, the option of taking your leave in one go for longer trips, a sabbatical by arrangement and a company bike. Our feedback process gives you feedback four times a year.

How to join us
Three steps, at the end of which you and the team decide.
Introductory meeting
One to two hours to find out whether working together makes sense and would be fun: your background, your interests, our projects. On site or remote.
Trial day
A small task from everyday work, a colleague as a sparring partner, and time with the people you would be working with.
Terms and conditions
Start date, contract and salary. Your salary is calculated using our salary model, which the team adopted by democratic vote.

Tell us what you want to build.
