Why this platform
What this platform does differently
What sets it apart from the large platform vendors is how independently your team can work with the base later on.
Buildroot instead of a layer ecosystem
The software stack is based on Buildroot. Your team understands the configuration, changes it themselves and does not need a layer-ecosystem specialist to do so.
Security patches from upstream
The Linux base follows the mainline kernel rather than a vendor BSP. Patches therefore come from the upstream project and not from a vendor who may stop maintaining it. The next LTS kernel follows every two years.
Customisation
Build options and product variants are part of the product. Only changes to schematics, layout or manufacturing data turn it into a development project. A customer-specific component population becomes worthwhile from around 100 units.

Signed update with fallback
The RAUC bundle goes to the inactive partition. If the boot fails, the device returns to the last working state.

A published reporting path
Anyone who finds a vulnerability reaches us through a documented channel. The regulation's reporting duties have applied since 11 September 2026.
